This privacy policy applies to the Verdict app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Jaime Castro (the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Pages of the Application you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages
- Time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
With your optional consent, the Application may also collect your birth year and gender to help improve the app experience and for anonymized demographic research purposes. This information is entirely optional and can be skipped at any time.
The Application may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to analyze anonymized data and provide personalized insights to users. Any AI-powered features will only process data necessary to deliver those features and will be handled in accordance with this privacy policy.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address, usage data, answers to daily questions, and optionally birth year and gender. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data — meaning data that cannot be used to identify any individual user — for research, analytics, and business purposes. We will never sell, share, or disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party for commercial purposes.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at verdictapp@outlook.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information they process and maintain.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
